Sports Recovery and Maintenance in Madison, AL

Recovery and Maintenance

Whether you're an athlete in training, recovering from a tough workout, or simply dealing with everyday aches and tightness, our recovery sessions are designed to help you move better and feel your best.

What's a Recovery Session?

picture of dry needling to a patient's shoulder

A 30-minute, one-on-one session focused on reducing soreness, improving mobility, and supporting tissue healing. Unlike traditional physical therapy, these sessions are designed for maintenance and optimization—not injury rehabilitation.

Each session includes:

  • Targeted manual therapy and soft tissue work (cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue work, and dry needling)

  • Therapeutic modalities (red laser therapy, radial pressure wave therapy)

  • Guided mobility and movement work

  • Personalized recovery strategies and education

Who Are Recovery Sessions For?

Recovery sessions are ideal if you:

  • Are an athlete looking for maintenance between training cycles

  • Experience minor aches, tightness, or soreness from training or daily activities

  • Want to stay ahead of potential injuries

  • Are a former physical therapy patient seeking periodic tune-ups

  • Need targeted relief for specific problem areas (tight shoulders, stiff hips, sore legs, etc.)

  • Want to optimize your movement and performance
