For physical therapy services, all you have to do is swipe your HSA/FSA card at check out.
If you want to use your HSA or FSA to cover wellness and maintenance services, we use Flex, which will get you a letter of medical necessity. You will submit this letter of medical necessity and your receipt to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement.
